The Division of Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success is the central hub for student recruitment, retention, success and graduation. Our units work together to recruit a talented and diverse student body and ensure that every student has access to the resources they need to succeed during their time at VCU and beyond.

At SEMSS, we're always looking for innovative ways to help students achieve their academic, professional and financial goals.
In 2020, we launched the Student Financial Management Center to serve as a central hub for financial outreach, literacy and management to students and families. Financial counselors provide a personalized experience on matters concerning financial wellness, debt management, budgeting and planning for the future.
